Our spiritual products are all handmade, small batch, in-house, and based in North Carolina. Nothing is simply thrown together or placed in a jar and shipped to you. Every candle, oil, spray, bath, and powder is crafted with intention and prayers, over specific gestation periods before being ready to package for you.

Processing Time
Most orders are handmade, prayed over, dressed, fixed, and packaged by myself and a small team.
Because of that, please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be prepared before it ships.
During product launches, holidays, candle services, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take a little longer. If that happens, we'll always do our best to keep everyone updated.
Shipping Time
Once your package leaves our hands, typical delivery times are:
USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days (when selected)
Please remember that these are carrier estimates—not guarantees.
Once the package has been accepted by the postal service, delivery speed is ultimately in their hands (and, hopefully, not Mercury retrograde's).
Tracking
Every order includes tracking.
You'll automatically receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your shipping label is created.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to begin updating.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
If your package appears to be delayed, don't panic just yet.
If tracking hasn't updated for several days, please reach out to me and we'll gladly help investigate.
If a package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, we'll work with you to determine the best next steps, which may include filing a carrier claim, replacing the order, or another appropriate solution depending on the circumstances.
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for:
Incorrect shipping addresses entered during checkout
Packages marked as delivered but stolen after delivery
Delays caused by weather, natural disasters, postal disruptions, or carrier issues outside of our control
If you notice you've entered the wrong shipping address, email up immediately. If your package hasn't shipped yet, we'll happily update it.
